On Aug-07-18 at 14:16:09 PDT, seller added the following information: I am the THIRD owner of this home ,since it was re-titled as "Total Loss Claim" .I have,neither did the former owner have any problems with this home because of the accident. The term "Total Loss Claim" simply means that the damage to this home exceeded the value of it at that time. Certainly,if the owners at this time had a rental clause in their policy,this was added to the bottom figure,which would have contributed several dollars of this amount.? There was no structural ,water ,or fire damages; just the left front body corner. This did not involve the suspension whatsoever. All systems function as normal,including electrical,hydraulics,steering,& options.
