Good running Roadtrek 210 Independent for sale. 1992 model with 162k miles that has been maintained with extensive record of service available upon request. New tires installed in June 2017 (when purchased @ 133k miles) with covered full size spare included. They are the correct E rated tires for the vehicle’s weight and size with plenty of tread left. Legal, insurable, and current registration and smog certificate. No back taxes or salvage title.
This ready to go 21 foot mini-RV fits in a regular parking spot but has all the amenities a house would offer. Stand fully upright inside thanks to the raised roof and dropped floor. Take a hot shower with the on board propane hot water heater and fully enclosed sit down tub/shower combo after a day on the mountain (snow chains are also included) and stay warm with the on board propane furnace with thermostat or included electric 1500 watt space heater. Or, stay cool with the rear AC unit powered by the easy-start push button Onan Generator as well as plugged into power. Make a hot meal on the two burner propane stove with ingredients from the recently upgraded 2.7cu.ft three way fridge with freezer (electric, propane, or battery powered) or a make a meal in the microwave using the Onan Generator or when you’re plugged in. Pots, pans, knives, dishes, and utensils are included. Do dishes in the kitchen sink with the 30 gallons of fresh water in the onboard storage tank and fully functional grey tank (no leaks!). The water expansion tank has been added and the water pump has been replaced. Stay out of public bathrooms with your on board flush toilet with fully functional black tank and fold out privacy doors. There are electric door locks and electric front windows, and the back windows are tinted with screens to keep the bugs out and the breeze in.
Seven inch touch screen head unit with reverse camera, wifi connectivity, integrated bluetooth, GPS, and USB ports. Tweeters have also been added, as well as an easy to read tri-metric battery monitor for the house batteries. (Also has the capability to monitor solar power if panels are added) Light bulbs have been upgraded to energy saving LEDs. Smoke alarm and liquid propane detectors installed for peace of mind as you sleep on the full size memory foam mattress. The included 22” TV with DVD player is installed to run off of the house batteries via a pocket inverter that is included, and are charged by running the car motor, plugging in with the included electric cord, or running the Onan generator. By-pass kit installed on the h2o heater for easy winterizing.
Relax in the recliner chair under the shade from the awning. Lots of other extras like a steering wheel club, camp toaster, camp oven, storage bins, and organizers. Plenty of storage for groceries, clothes, tools, sports equipment (wetsuits, climbing gear, snowboards, etc) and the included 50’ hose and 10’ drinking water hose.

Cons: Front dash Air conditioner not blowing cold air. Tiny Power steering fluid leak from steering gearbox. Some cosmetic issues like paint fading/chipping, minor imperfections on the windshield and worn drivers seat.
