Two owner used Monica Dynasty for sale. Motorhome has a Cummins 250HP diesel engine, a 7 KW Kohler Generator, Two Duo-Therm (both heat and AC) roof mount AC units, separate Suburban furnace (for traditional heating), Norcold Refrig and freezer, Sharp Microwave/Convection Oven, Dometic Icemaker, Suburban Water Heater, Heart Inverter & Magnetek Converter, Sealand Toilet, Jabsco Accumulator Tank (for even water pressure), Kwikee Electric Steps, and Wedgewood Propane Range.
Motorhome makes a perfect travel companion and liveaboard home. Great for sporting events (bring along the whole crew) or as a permanent vacation home parked in your favorite destination.
Parents are selling the motorhome, as they are not able to use it anymore. Tested systems and most everything runs. Engine starts with no problem and has two new batteries, new tires, and kitchen items (refrig, range, etc) work. Bathroom is fully functional with hot and cold water in the shower and working toilet. The items not working at this time are: the air hydraulics on the driver side (will not hold air), the back AC works, but the front AC only blows warm air (may just need freon), Icemaker works as a freezer, but the icemaker assembly does not make ice, and awnings are missing material on two of the 4 awnings (just need the new fabric from Colorado Awnings). Cosmetics are good with wear showing on some fabrics, some loose wallpaper by windows, and some water stainage in areas of the fabric ceiling. The RV also has a full cover that comes with it.
