1992 LAZY DAZE 26.5 RB Rear Bath - Class C Motorhome Completely Original In Excellent Condition.
This Lazy Daze is in absolutely excellent condition inside and out. It runs and drives great, is extremely comfortable and is very easy to handle. Inside, it is very comfortable for living with large windows all around, full kitchen with large fridge and four burner stove, flexible sleeping options for up to six (above the cab is a king, the couch pulls out to a queen and the dinette folds down to a full), full rear bath with large wardrobe, and an abundance of interior and exterior storage.
This motorhome has had only two owners since new and has always had the best in care and maintenance. There have never been any leaks, and there has never been any smoking or pets inside. It has always been kept under cover when not in use and received regular washing and complete waxing once a year. We have all of the original paperwork for the motorhome including all manuals and all maintenance and service records since new. It has always had a complete diagnostic check completed each year in early spring with regular maintenance, and anything that was needed has always been done. The chassis A/C has been changed over to R-134A, the factory original enclosed awning was replaced 8 years ago, the roof air conditioner and refrigerator were replaced five years ago, the batteries were replaced three years ago, the roof was completely re-sealed with Eternabond last year per factory recommended routine maintenance, and the tires were all new this spring. The generator runs great as well and has always been exercised regularly and received annual maintenance .
If you are not familiar with Lazy Daze, please do some research. Lazy Daze has always been and still is the best Class C available and has been family owned since the 1960"s. Each unit is custom ordered and typical completion is one year.
This has been an absolutely wonderful motorhome, and is ready to travel.
