Well kept original, very clean and very good condition! Lived in California all of its life, back bumper and jacks have surface rust but overall I’m very good shape! All four jacks work great and and the front jacks have extended mounts (removable) if you want to mount it on a dually. Has Onan 2.5 generator with remote start (located inside, above stove) which works great and runs on two large propane tanks which are currently full and run everything in the coach. Bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Inside stereo system and alarm clock. Lots of lighting, all in working order. Outdoor shower. Booth seats 4 or more if you have kids and also converts to double bed. Single hide away bunk above booth for one which doubles as storage. Queen size bed over cab is a year old and has only been slept on about ten times. Good size closet and lots more storage throughout! Double sink and three burner stove with oven, all in excellent condition. It comes with a set of turnbuckles and rear mounts. The roof air conditioner fan works great but unfortunately does not blow cold so it will need a new unit or recharge. The fridge also runs but no longer gets cold, however it is a good size and works like a cooler if you add regular or dry ice. Because of the fridge and air conditioner I’m ready to make a good deal! I’m headed out of state for work next week so the best offer will take it home! I am listing locally so I reserve the right to end the auction early.
Located in Stuart FL near West Palm Beach. Delivery/pick-up is absolutely available anytime as soon as FULL payment is made in person, cash preferred. I will also consider delivering in southern states as I will be driving my dually from Florida to California next week.
I believe it is too heavy for a half ton pickup and it is recommended to use with a 2500 (3/4 ton), 3500 (1 ton) or larger with a long bed.
