This is a Remodel PROJECT - it has been stripped inside of all cabinets, the plumbing and wiring is NOT hooked up. It does have a new roof/ceiling,, but the walls, ceiling and floors have to all be recovered. It a new shower, and a recovered couch. However, It is NOT in a livable condition at all. We are selling it AS IS at a LOSS to us. It is drive-able and has all new tires. We"ve moved and cannot continue working on it. We have an additional $1500+ worth of products we intended to install that we will sell for $500 to the buyer (i.e, a kitchen sink, and faucet, privacy curtain, valences, custom blinds, new cushions for a galley, etc. ) But it needs a good handyman with lots of time to work and a vision for making it lovely. We do not recommend selling it to a buyer farther than 500 miles away, even though it has low mileage (58,000 mi) because it is OLD and bound to have something go wrong at some point, we cannot offer any guarantees, even if we know of nothing wrong with the engine or brakes or transmission or ? ? at this point.
