PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION IN FULL IF INTERESTED Offered is our 1992 Carraige 5th Wheel trailer which is located on a RV lot in Yuma, Arizona, it is available March 22, 2018 and to be moved. We are the owners, it is presently licensed and will be sold with a clear title. It has served us and other previous owners over the years very well. The Carriage trailer was a well constructed, top of the line unit in it"s day. This trailer is 36 feet in length, has one 15 foot slide, triple axles and a virtually maintenance free full fiberglass roof which has never leaked, the awning is in good condition, propane hot water heater, (2) 40 lb. propane bottles contained in an enclosure, table and 4 kitchen chairs, roof air conditioner which works very well, new laminate and ceramic pattern flooring installed in 2016, newer propane / electric fridge freezer installed in 2012, Sharp Carousel microwave, 4 burner propane stove with oven, hide a bed chesterfield, Dometic RV toilet, stand up shower with smaller tub, queen size bed, Our trailer will come complete with a 24" Vizio color television and all the cookware, utensils and bedding required, I"m not sure the age of the tires, but none are flat and they have always been covered, everything is in good working order and overall this trailer considering it"s age is in very good condition, the last 2 pictures above is how it appeared new (faded now from the Arizona sun) and the floor plan. I"ll have the front enclosure, bottom tarpaulins removed and slide in and ready for the move for March 22, 2018 or soon thereafter, all arrangements for the move of this trailer is entirely up to the buyer, a deposit of $1000.00 will be required within 48 hours of the auction end and full payment no later than March 1, 2018.
