I have a great running 1992 AM General HMMWV m998 Avenger hardtop also known as the Humvee.
This is NOT from an online gov auction. This has been in a private collection. It"s currently registered and insured in my name.
This HMMWV, did at one time, hold the Boeing Avenger defense missile system and still has some of the radio cables left in truck. Only 11,622 miles.
This truck is equipped with a newer, more desirable Navistar Block GEP(general engine products) 6.5L n/a diesel engine with a Turbo400 3-speed hydro-matic transmission with very few miles on motor. It has just 11k miles total on body and frame. Lots of upgrades to this truck.
