Vehicle description
I am offering my Tiny home 92" Airstream Excella with no minimum and no reserve because I am an auction purist, so good luck bidding. I am the second owner of this airstream and it has spent the first 20+ years in California near Fresno, a dry climate. I am in greater San Diego, so this trailer has spent its total life in California. I am selling it because I found an apartment 100" from the beach and I"m moving and no longer need this unit. I own this free and clear (title in hand) and the winning bidder must pick it up Sunday May 3rd- May 5th.
Improvements:
1. I stripped the clear coat and used the 3 system Nuvite polishing compound to shine up the exterior. This took a couple months and really makes this look sharp. 2. Master bedroom: I hired a contractor to remove the original 2 single beds and night stand and he created a wood platform that has a California King Tempur Pedic mattress (mattress is around $4,000) and this is included with the trailer 3. Hired a painter to spray painted white (some is coming off) and brush nickel hardware replaced gold hardware and brown wood tone interior 4. Ikea kitchen table replaced original table 5. Ikea folding sofa/ convertible bed- I believe its a queen, and it could use a little cleaning 6. Brand new Dometic Refrigerator freezer (old one died), installed 1 year ago 7. 2 new trailer tires (less than 200 miles each), the older 2 remaining tires in excellent condition. 8. I had a professional strip the floor of carpet and install vinyl plank flooring- looks great 9. New Trailer safety chains on the tongue 10. New Toilet, and new Shower handle and new shower handle assembly 11. All new LED lighting (except for outside) 12. New water filter (and a second back up filter) for filtered kitchen water 13. Professionally replaced smaller/ flat window in living room 14. Replaced and installed new bathroom exhaust fan
Original equipment:
1. Original Magic chef 4 burner stove and oven. (works great) 2. Original Duo Therm Air conditioner (works great when its hot out!) 3. Original sinks and faucets (all work great) 4. Original blinds (except for 2) 5. Original water heater works well. 6. Original awnings 7. Original owners manual (first picture next to front door)
Note that the furnace is original and has never worked. I had an RV repair guy tell me the control board is bad and needs to be replaced, being that I am in San Diego, its never gotten that cold where I am to motivate me to fix.
I have used this as my home for the last 2 years during the time I was doing a start up business here in California. I pretty much left before sunrise, and came home after dark., made a few meals and slept. Its very cozy and I have enjoyed it but now I"m heading for the beach, so this is going to need a new home.
Keep in mind this isn"t a perfect trailer, you will send minor dings in the exterior, a small tear in the awning (about 1/4") little nuances needing fixing (shower curtain keeps coming out of track), but I consider it move in ready. Please review all pictures for what you are bidding on. It really is as nice as it looks.
Thanks for looking and good luck bidding
