Here we have a Beautiful 1991 Toyota Micro Warrior made by Winnebago RV. It has a Wonderful interior layout including the Booth Dinette which breaks down to a small bed, Couch that folds down to a bed, 4-burner stove and optional oven combo, microwave, double stainless sink, larger refrigerator, roof air Conditioning, rear bathroom with separate shower, wardrobe closet in bathroom and lots of storage cabinets throughout. This Toyota is much more spacious than the previous model year Toyota Motorhomes. Has removable dinette table that can be stored which creates even more interior room. This Toyota has spent most of its life in Arizona. The previous owner retired from camping. Even though the Toyota is currently in Michigan, it has never seen any Michigan Salt. I have a Carfax Report available upon request. The cab is very clean. It has just under 106,000 original miles! The Engine starts right up and sounds excellent. It has just been tuned up with new Spark plugs, air filter, Mobile 1 Oil / filter and distributor cap / rotor. It drives wonderful on the highway, steering seems solid and holds to the road true and straight. Also no wheel wobble and brakes feel strong. Has rear suspension airbags which make for a more comfortable ride. I wouldn’t hesitate a bit to jump in this RV and drive cross country. The details of our little beauty are as follows. . first the Toyota: -1991 Toyota Micro Warrior by Winnebago, V6, Automatic Transmission, Cruise Control -105K Original Miles -21.5 feet long -Cab AC -Factory Dullies in the rear with six lugs -Tires are in very good shape and have lots of tread left. I would guess 80% -Extended rear frame for carrying a scooter or storage box -Awning -New 12V House Battery -Just had tune-up and oil change service: new air filter, new oil filter, new Mobile 1 Synthetic oil, new spark plugs, distributor cap / rotor -MPG is up to 18mpg at 60mph (stated by previous owner) Now the Micro Warrior by Winnebago: -Single Booth Dinette that makes into a small bed, full sized jack-knife sofa, full sized Kitchen -Overhead Cab Bed -Oven, used very little, very CLEAN! -Double Sink -4 burner Stove -Microwave (in Cabinet above stove) -A very NICE Full Sized Shower -Full Sized rear Closet for hanging clothes with mirrored door -Two way (electric, propane) full sized refrigerator, with freezer compartment -Roof Top AC -Here"s the specs with all the details ( http:/ winnebagoind.com/resources/brochure/1991/1991Warrior.pdf ) -We have receipts and a Complete set of Owners Manuals for the entire motorhome. -Includes a Full Size Spare tire under rear of vehicle Understand that this is a 25 year old RV so it is not perfect or mint. Below is a list of things (mostly cosmetic) that I want to disclose to the potential buyer: 1.Although I have not found any roof leaks and don"t see evidence of leakage, I cannot be certain that it has never leaked. 2.The interior carpeting is original and has some areas that are stained a bit. It is not bad at all. The cab carpet is faded from the Arizona sun. New carpeting is cheap if one would want to replace it. 3.The exterior stickers are faded with some peeling which is very normal for Toyota motorhomes. There are many companies to order new vinyl stickers and have these replaced. 4. There is a small tear in the awning close to the rear. Can be easily patched We are located in Rockford, MI 49341. Fly into Grand Rapids, MI Airport if you"re coming from out of the area, and we"ll pick you up there. Mechanically, the Toyota runs like a top! Cosmetically, we believe this RV is in fantastic condition for the year and could be near perfect with some new carpeting and replacement exterior stripes. Everything works on ours too, and she"s ready to just get in and go! Very clean inside and out. We even left some basic kitchen items, towels, etc. in there for you so you can camp the first night!
