| “1991 Sundowner Rancher Sport 4H slant gooseneck horse trailer. Living quarters are mostly done, needs final touches done, have countertop with sink, just haven't installed them yet. Comes with toilet, shower is ran by instant hot propane. Able to plug into 30 or 50 amp and run the AC, microwave, lights, and coffee maker. Doesn't lack for electrical outlets or juice. No sewer or water installed yet. Trailer is a steel frame, front 2 stalls are walk out stalls. Rear tack that can also be collapsed to make into stock trailer style.
