painfully putting up my gorgeous coach for sale. I owned this coach prior to meeting my now finance who is in a wheelchair. We have made this coach work for the last four years but are spending more time in the coach and need another newell coach with a couple of slides otherwise i would never part with this coach. I have reciepts for between 30,000-40,000 spent in the last five years bringing everything up to speed. Coach is truly roadworthy and ready to go. SuperArm j lift beside the front door will be removed thus the new lower price. This coach can be somewhat handicap Accessible for users with smaller width chairs. ( my Fiances chair is. 23" wide and she can navigate everywhere in coach except getting around the sides of the bed. Mileage is with one speedometer change done by Newell with docuention on invoice. This coach has been to Newell almost every year since new for service and some upgrades. I have reciepts for almost all work done since the coach was built. All lighting overhead and under counter has been converted to led tubes with exception to two lights overhead in the bathroom. All vanity lights in bathroom are led as well. No more ballast to change. I reserve the right to pull the listing at anytime as the coach is for sale locally and listed on RV Trader.
