Up for sale is a 37" 1991 Fleetwood Pace Arrow Motorhome. Just drove over 100 miles yesterday without issue. All new batteries. Roof has been resealed. Full kitchen, clothes washer and dryer, bath, sleeps 6. Has the Chevy 454 Big Block. Only 78,000 Miles! I originally picked this up to fix up ourselves, but we absolutely bit off more than we can chew and it"s way too big for us. Our loss is your gain. The exterior is in good condition. Interior is good condition for its age, some spots of prior water leaks. Runs and drives good! Some of the accessories will need serviced or replaced. (Refrigerator, Generator, Water pump, etc) It"s been stored in a barn for the last 5-7 years and winterized. One skylight needs replaced ($100) Has the Onan Marquis 7000 Generator (These alone go for $2-4k used). The generator turns over and sounds healthy, but does not turn on. Vehicle has two heaters, two air conditioners, a backup camera, Antenna, and more. Lots of little things needed here and there. Mechanically it needs a few new rear tires (they hold air) due to dry rot from sitting inside (front are good) and the brakes need serviced. Needs some cleaning, some work and love, but will make a great motorhome. Clean Indiana title.

I will be doing a video walk around so please message me if you are interested in seeing that. I also want to confirm/reiterate a few things. The motorhome starts right up and is driveable, I just drove it about 100 miles. HOWEVER, it absolutely needs rear tires replaced and the brakes serviced before a long distance trip. The canopy fabric does need replaced (~ $200). I mentioned in the description it needs lots of little things. This includes a few handles, various latches, light covers, and misc items. The roof was re-sealed with a rubberized coating, it was not completely replaced. Backup camera wiring needs tightened, the screen trys to show but is white. The motorhome has been winterized for the last 5-7 years so none of the plumbing system has been used since that point. I don"t know enough about motorhomes to provide extremely specific details about individual accessory items. This is a $10-12k motorhome if in good working order, but this specific vehicle will absolutely need work and to be gone through properly as specified in original description.
