Handyman special front of trailer has a small leak in the roof! Front has been gutted! Floors seem very solid! Had small leak in back roof vent but has been fixed no water damage around it! Fridge does NOT work past owner told me and I have NOT tried to power this unit up with 110 or 12volt! Needs new tires before long haul! This sale is AS-IS NO DELIVERY! 26" ! I have the couch for the front just needs cleaning! No mattress smelled moldy so it was tossed out! Not pretty but good for hunter cabin or first time fixer upper! I do not have the hitch or hitch ball must use yours!
