This BMW E30 M3 was purpose-built as a race/track car by Raven Performance (Toronto, ON) in 2002. The build started with a complete teardown and inspection before the unibody was acid dipped to remove any rust and sealers. It then was seam welded and resealed. The car was rebuilt removing unnecessary electrical and all accessory mechanicals were pulled. The stock 2.3L S14 was rebuilt and converted to a 2.5L with the Will Turner conversion kit. The result was an exceptionally light, stiff and fast performance car that has only been used for track days. It was built to race in CCA D-Modified but has never been officially raced and with a few updates, it most certainly could. The car has a VIN but is not registerable and will be sold on a Bill of Sale.
Since purchased by me in Dec 2005, the car has been fitted with a carbon-fiber air box and AlphaN and almost every part (except for diff, ABS controller and brake lines) have been replaced and/or rebuilt/refreshed/refinished. The engine was treated to a full rebuild in 2015 with a new Evo 3 2.5-liter block and reductions in rotating mass. The Engine is not original to the chassis.
