1991 Airstream Classic 250 - One of the last one standing (driving) :)
WARNING: Buying this Airstream can expose you to immediate attention from strangers such as unexpected visits from campground neighbors, long conversations at every gas station, thumbs up on the road and countless complements wherever you go, which are known to the state of California as self esteem boosters and ego stimulators!
I know you probably have heard many people say how rare their Vintage Airstream is and truth be told not many are really that rare. Here is an Airstream Motorhome not a lot of people know about. It is the Classic 250 (25’ long), manufactured between years 1990 and 1993. True legend, not a myth :) Not being popular at the time for its small size, Airstream company decided to stop the production and ended up making only 17 in total. This information was sent to us from the Corporate Archivist/Historian at Airstream Company. Out of 7 Airstreams 250 that were made in 1991, it is believed that only 2 remain and we are proud to offer one of them. When we found this Airstream in Idaho, it was stored inside and it was in great original condition. After months on the road a time came when we decided to finally put our own stamp on it. We decided to preserve the original look by working with existing cabinets while adding sleek and stylish elements for the modern traveler.

Mechanical work: The motorhome is in amazing mechanical condition. Since we bought it we have done oil analysis with every oil change. We only use synthetic oil and each time the results came back from the lab the engine was getting even better with normal levels of different metals and chemicals. It starts every time and runs beautifully. We did 2 cross country trips and wouldn’t hesitate to do another one!
