Details: 1990 Scamp 13ft deluxe model with factory custom wood interior. Front bathroom, shower, toilet.
Interior: rear dinette table that converts into a full size bed, 76"x52" bed. Cushions are still in great condition, 7" interior height, 6".3" interior width, Interior has no water leaks, no wood damage, no cabinet damage, no wall carpeting damage. Roof mount ac unit, 2-way fridge, Lp gas stove, Lp gas interior factory heater, 12v interior lighting, all water pumps in working order.
Exterior: gel coat/fiberglass has no damage, no cracks, windows has been re-sealed, new caps, exhaust vents are in good condition, new door seals, all lights rare in working condition, the roof mount ac unit is not factory installed but was professional installed in the later years.
Running gear: 3 tires are in good condition, bearings are in good condition, no towing issues, we"re not sure on the unit weight, it should be around 1700lbs.
We purchased the camper from a estate sale, there was no title provided from the sell. We did get all the owners identification and we are in the process of feeling for a title from the Texas DMV.
