Overall condition is better than average, it has a very nice contemporary interior from the 90s era, Full Shower and Bath, Kitchen, Full size Fridge and freezer, Water and Propane hookup, Central A/C, 3 Televisions, Full house sound system, Full House electrical circuit box, Intercom system, a Layout Patio where a car would sit under the canopy but is great for a porch or whatever your needs. Large Diesel front storage Generator, Tons of Underside storage, 575HP Detroit Diesel with only 98000 Miles on the Odometer. In 2017 it was cleaned and detailed as shown, recommissioned and safety checked rear brakes were done, Front Steering components replaced tires checked, highway driven with all systems good, Cold A/C, Etc.
It is free of any leaks as there are no slides on this bus considered by some to be a great attribute.
