A real nice camper here that is very, very clean and in great condition, just in time for summer!
14"8" closed to 21"6" fully open. 77" interior height 1,335 lbs. 805 lbs cargo capacity.
Totally cleaned, inside and out. Seat cushion and Mattress covers are like new, inside foam of mattresses, are still wrapped in plastic. All privacy, window curtains, mattress and cushion covers have been laundered, scotch guarded and are included.
Refrigerator, heater, sink, stove, fresh water storage container and entry step, all complete and are included. Owners manuals included.
Comes with a 9 foot, roll out awning AND an entire zip up screen porch enclosure that looks like new! Screen porch enclosure measures 8" tall by 24" entire length. All frame support intact and included.
All support brackets, for everything, are in good working order and accounted for. Pop top crank included. All zippers and window functions are intact and in good working order. Camper sets up manually in about 10 minutes.
All running lights, directional and brake lights are in good working order with all lenses attached.
Floor is solid. Roof showed no signs of leaking but silicone sealant applied to any suspect areas. No leaks were found when tested.
Some slight tears in few spots of canvas, on left entry, (see photos). Tongue lift/support not functioning. A 1x3" board is used as support on one of the rear corners of top, when cranked up, does the trick. Tires hold air and rolled here just fine but show some dry rot. No propane tank. Please review all photos for the good, the bad and the ugly, prior to bidding.
2" ball required for towing.
Came to me with no title. Massachusetts does not require a title for trailers weighing under 3000 lbs., please check with your state prior to buying, as to how to properly register the trailer. Will provide bill of sale and copy of previous registration for your records, please qualify with your own home state, prior to purchase.
Purchaser may want to consider replacing tires, size 5.30 - 12, prior to transport.
Photos taken during various stages of cleaning. Most interior photos show no curtains. All curtains are included and if not hanging, are inside the unit.
