Vehicle description
The item for sale is a 1990 Fleetwood Wilderness 17-Foot Travel Trailer. (The measurement of 17" is taken front to back, tip to tip). It is in really good condition, but may need a little TLC. Everything works as it should, aside from a light (or two) that I can"t seem to get to turn on. Pleanty of lighting though, even without them.
It has an ice cold air conditioner, a great working fridge/freezer, a microwave oven, 4-burner stove, 2-shelf oven, double sink, foot-flush toilet, shower-tub combo, dinette section that converts to a bed, rear couch that converts to a bed, a ceiling cabinet that folds down to create an overhead bunk, capable of holding up to 150 lbs, tons of storage cabinets, some of which have access thru the outside of the rig as well as thru the inside, smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, lighting throughout the inside and outside, TV antenna, cable TV inputs, several 110 outlets (inside and out), a couple 12-volt outlets, a small TV is included, covered bathroom vent, outside shower, front window cover, awning (small tear), 2-propane tanks (fully filled), box for batteries (batteries not included), water heater, fresh water tank, holding tanks, 30 amp or 15 amp electrical hook up with 25 foot cord, dual axle - 4 tire setup with decent tires, locking outer cabinets, and manual leveling jacks.
* * Please note . .; this is a 1990 travel trailer that has been used . ., so it has some dings, dents, scratches, patched wall holes, small areas of peeling wall paper, and the usual wear and tear expected from a rig of this generation. With that stated, the trailer is in really good shape, and almost everything works. Very little needs to be done to really turn this into a nice rig.
The following are "the bads":
The couch cushion is a little flat, a couple of lights don"t turn on (plenty of light to see though, even as is), a mattress would be required if the upper cabinet-bunk is to be used as a bed, the outside light by the entrance handle is missing the bulb, I obtained a cabinet door that goes under the other (see pics) dining bench, but have yet to put it on, I have the hardware as well, and may have it done before the sale, otherwise you"ll just have to install it, battery box in front is missing the cover, the awning has about a 10 inch rip at the back corner, and the right pole has issues, even so, the awning still unrolls and can be used, no spare tire, but there is a bracket for it, one window is cracked, but appears to be sealed well enough, a couple windows have poorly applied tint on them, and although it helps with the sun, they could use a "redo". The front door has been completely rebuilt using plywood and hardboard (so it"s not the original skin), but it works really well, looks okay, and is actually very secure, it does not have a screen door, but the brackets are installed.
The best part is that all the important parts work properly. Fridge-Freezer are ice cold, all outles (inside and out) work properly, almost all of the lights work (inside and out), there are bug lights (orange) in the outside lights, but there are also clear bulbs in the drawer inside (along with a bunch of other small accessories), the plumbing works and has no leaks, including the outside shower, water pump, holding tanks, freshwater tank, hot water heater, stove, oven, airconditionwr, electric heater, toilet, microwave, and TV all work as they should. The rig comes with two full propane tanks, 4 good tires, and can be filled with water if you like, making it ready to go anywhere and enjoy.
Please see pictures for more details, and if you have any questions, please ask and I will do my best to answer. I also have many more pictures, or can take any if you require, just let me know.
I purchased this rig a couple years ago, thru a bill of sale from the previous owners, but I never got around to registering it, as I just had it parked at a trailer park. So, it still has AZ plates on it, with 2018 tags. I can only offer you a Bill of Sale, but I will also try to locate a copy of the previous Bill of Sale, if you think you may need it.
The trailer is being sold as-is and comes with no guarantees or warranties of any kind. My preferred form of payment is cash, or I can accept a cashiers check, but will need to clear it at the bank, before the exchange can take place. I appreciate you reading the listing,, and look forward to meeting you. I wish you all the best of luck.
