If you have any questions, would like additional photos, videos or information, please email me and I will respond quickly. I have approx. 200 high resolution photos and a few videos on-hand from 1/8/22.
Selling our family"s beloved Pace Arrow. My grandparents purchased new in July 1990 from La Mesa RV Center in Riverside, CA. Used semi-regularly for family trips until approx. 2008 when my grandparents" health forced them to store it away in an airplane hanger. My wife and I pulled it out of storage in late 2020 and spent the next year restoring/reviving and using for local trips here in FL. This motorhome, all systems, appliances and features are 100% operable. The current odometer reading is 28,269. Original hours on the Onan Generator is 101.6 (not a typo!)
This rig is top-of-the-line quality for its time, made to last generations. Besides expected issues relating to stale gas, which will be detailed in recent maintenance history below, virtually every feature and system worked like new when we pulled it out of long term storage. A true time capsule that you must see to believe.
The following repairs and maintenance have been performed in the last 12 months :
-Refurbished fuel tank, new fuel pump & sending unit, and injectors -New front brake calipers, pads and lines, rear brakes serviced -Original alternator rebuilt -Main battery and (2) coach batteries replaced -Front tires replaced -Front airbag suspension replaced -Roof A/C serviced -Full tune-up on Generator, all factory Onan parts and labor -Auxiliary fuel tank (6 gallon) added for generator (see photo) -Replaced generator hour meter in dash, original included -New skylight above bathroom shower -New drinking water filter system, kitchen sink faucet and lines
Issues to note :
-There are a couple small areas on delamination on the driver side (see photo) -Passenger side mirror is loose (see photo) -Headliner is in great condition but the adhesive has failed in several places, we temporarily used push pins to secure
We are just too busy to pursue the dreams of RV life, like we expected when taking possession of this retro beauty. We aren"t able to store at our home, which adds to the complication of ownership, so we store it at a pricey indoor storage facility.
Our goal is to sell to someone who will carry on the pride of ownership! Use to travel the country long term, or just for weekend family getaways. Create an investment and market as a unique vacation rental with a late 80"s/early 90"s retro theme, if you have land to do so. Lots of possibilities!
Best of luck bidding and again, feel free to reach out any time,
Steve
