This is a 1990 Chevy Chieftain Winniebago with 55,000 Miles. It has 1 bedroom with a bathroom and a private sink. It is equipped with a Microwave, Propane Gas Stove & Oven. The refridgerator is also powered via propane gas or electricity. I recently had a solar powered setup installed which powers all of the lighting and most of the electronics on the inside of the vehicle. The average charging time until the battery is full is about 15 Hours. If at anytime you would run into an emergency, cranking amp power to start would only take an hour of charge time on this 450 watt system. It is wired to ONE 235 ah deep cycle battery, which will allow you to charge up too two phones and a laptop at the same time. You will be able to watch TV at any time for about 3-5 Hours on a full charge. At any time if you wish to add another battery (or more) this would be fairly easy to do and require minimal work, considering the panels are already installed. There are (4) 25watt panels in the front rated at 100watts, and there is also a 365 watt panel in the rear of the RV wired to the same controller. Everything in the RV is fully funtional and operational. The water tank is located under the couch and is easy to remove, clean and refill at anytime. This powers water to the sinks, the toilet and the shower via a small electric pump. Everything on the inside of the RV is in as good a condition as can be. This vehicle is from the early 90"s, so the decor is as so. It is very comfortable to live in. The couch transforms into a bed and can fit up to two people. The bed in the back bedroom can fit about three people if needed. There is also a recliner that folds down and the two front seats that also fold down, and rotate towards the back of the home. There is plenty of storage space in the cabinets over head and on the outside of the home. The RV also comes equipped with a Gas generator that is fully functional with about half a tank of gas that powers all the electronics in the RV at 110v. Tread on all 6 tires are good. Motor and transmission are in great shape and give no issues when needing to travel or move around. The RV was stationary for a long period of time and really is not in bad shape at all, for someone looking for a temporary or permanent home I strongly recommend you purchase this RV, you will be satisfied with how comfortable it is to own, and how convienient it is to actually own a home on wheels. Please only interested buyers at asking price, this is a very fair asking price for what I"ve got into it. I will ignore low ballers and I cannot negotiate any lower. $7,500 Cash Only
