The condition of the trailer exterior is in good condition . There are pics and videos showing condition this is a 30 year old trailer . The tires hold up air . The trailer was just towed from Creed Colorado to South Fork Colorado on 9/8/2020, With no issues . The interior is in excellent condition . The trailer was used recently for a air b and b . . This trailer is sold in as is where is condition . Everything inside trailer is working and was used recently for air b and b . Was told the refrigerator may need a motherboard . .
