Working doorbell. Needs a hot water heater if you do not plan to use the campground shower facilities.Cold Air Conditioning Unit. Brand New Trailer Tires, Bearings serviced. Electric Jack. The exterior skin is in good condition does show some signs of regular use and age. Four nice awnings. Has rooftop solar panel. Has front panoramic window guards and front rock guards.
