This is the most sought after mini class C motorhome by far! Built on a Toyota truck chassis with the 3.0L V6 engine, automatic trans w/OD and A/C. Valid PA title but will be sold in NY. Can be retitled in ANY state or province of course!
THE GOOD : Includes Coleman roof A/C, Kohler generator, gas/elec fridge, roof was sealed last year, Draw-Tite hitch, black mesh floor hitch platform, NEW carpet supplied for both floor and overhang, NEW folding window blind, NEW folding bathroom door, ALL NEW marker and tail lights. To best of my knowledge, most all appliances, mechanicals and electricals were working when it was last used in 2010.
THE NOT-SO-GOOD : As you see in the photos, this is a DIY/remodeler project. There are also RV restoration services and individuals that specialize in this.
The AC gasket leaked when it was parked outside so that and the ceiling panels need to be replaced. Some cabinetry has water staining and warping. The fixed glass on the overhang also leaked but has been sealed.
Engine needs an oil change, tune up and filters. Both auto and service batteries have to be replaced. Generator motor also needs tune up/service.
BONUS: If you"re not mechanically inclined, there"s an excellent, reasonably priced garage less than 1/2 a mile from where it"s stored.
