Smogged 12-12-2018 just need to remove my stuff out. This is like having 3 vehicles in one, this Roadtrek van is small yet does it all, camping, daily driver, hauling etc. You can park this in the city as its smaller than most SUV"s and some trucks and easy to drive around. This loaded Roadtrek Versatile class B mini motor home is the best, she has lots of options in her. This van has 2 rows of passenger seats, seats 4 up front. Has 3 separate beds and 2 dining tables, the table in the front has extensions, think its called clover leafs that makes the table bigger and the back dining table drops down into a double bed which I leave that way so I"m ready to flee at any time. This RV makes into 2 twin beds in the front half and a double bed in the rear. Storage under the seats. There are small doors under the benches of the dining room that open up with the rear door open and there is a floor compartment under the table which is huge, it is the width of the van. The van also has the optional large gas tank,(35 gallon) this van is loaded, use as a car, rv, or to haul stuff as the rear has a door to put large items in, please note that this model and style is open in the rear to put in large items through, some have bed/sofa frame permanent. Bathroom has 2 privacy doors that serve as well as privacy for the back bed and also for the front room. Plenty of storage spaces, under the benches in the back and above the bed as well. In the front there is a storage shelf that pulls out for more goodies, there a storage area above the windshield for maps etc. Glove compartment locks and has an interior light, helps to find things. Runs great, cold a/c. Doors have power locks and front windows are power driven. Has awning and tow hitch . Have no issues with it drives just like a car, easy to park, she is 18ft 7" overall length, overall width is 6"8", overall height is 7"10" and gross vehicle weight rating is 6400 lbs. Home and Park motor home on Dodge B250. This Road trek/Roadtrek is fun. Frig is like 2 yrs old and is a 3 way, 2 burner cook top and small microwave, water pump, toilet all work. Has a 2000 watt pure sine inverter to run microwave when off grid. This is a pure sine not a cheap inverter so I can use the microwave, etc as I boondock only. It has holding tanks, this RV is ready to be off grid . Pink states she is 1989 but chassis shows 1988. She is smoke free. If I don"t respond it"s because I"m on the road with her ! ! These are really smart well planned out small units. Use as a family van or as a mini rv, class B, Roadtrek, none like them. Hard to find one that has 3 beds in it in this size and is this model . Remember this seats 4 passengers with seat belts just like a regular vehicle.

Tires are about 2 yrs old replaced on trip to Idaho for solar eclipse. This is really the best get a way vehicle, I camp where there is no one, free camping and no cell service normally, how much closer to nature can you be? Tag is paid till 2/26/19 California registration. Selling for personal reasons, she is kept in great running condition as I boondock only alone. She could use a paint job. Vehicle is for sale locally.
