This RV is 28 years old and there are repairs that would improve the overall condition of the RV, but the motorhome is in good work order at this time. We use it regularly and it starts every time. It has two air conditioners on the roof which work extremely well, an Onan generator, Dometic refrigerator. The levelers work. We purchased this from an RV repairman 6 months ago. This was his coach and the above paragraph is his description. Below, I begin my own description)
Because this motor coach is 28 years old, there are various cosmetic repairs that would improve the overall quality, but the rv functions beautifully as it is. We are new to the RV life and have enjoyed all of the trips we"ve taken in this vehicle. It comes with the deisel engine, Onan refrigerator, Dometic refrigerator, convection/microwave, and Onan generator. Unfortunately, an illness in the family is requiring us to stay in place so we are selling the Grand Villa. It"s important to note that we are amateur RV"ers, but will divulge any defects we"ve found. Previous owners did a great job of documenting repairs so that journal will accompany the original owners manuals and warranty materials, etc. I know the fuel guage is broke. We determine the fuel level by tracking mileage at fill up. It holds 100 gallons and will run about 1000 miles before she needs refueling. A few of the over head lights don"t work. I haven"t even had time to determine if the bulbs are out. We are working to get everything in working order so depending on how quickly it sells, some defects will be repaired. The living room furniture has been recovered but the windshield curtains need replacing. All the rest of the curtains are dated but clean and functional. The walnut cabinets are throughout and I am using lemon oil for maintenance and care but all of the cabinets are in very good condition

We will happily answer as many questions or take pictures, etc. I simply want to emphasize that we aren"t mechanics and we wouldn"t know a problem unless something isn"t working.
