1989 Ford L8000 water / tank truck. Truck is powered by a 7.8 Ford / Cummins diesel engine and automatic transmission. The diesel fires right up and runs great. The transmission shifts smoothly through all the gears as it should. The steering is tight, brakes good, and truck drives straight down the road with no pulling when braking or accelerating. The body is in great shape for its age and lifestyle. The interior is functional / all works except for driver-side window (glass is there, it just doesn"t go up/down). This truck is a flatbed with a 2500 gallon tank that was only used to haul water; it was a tender truck for an asphalt roller. We can take the water tank off if you do not want it.
