1989 ford rv, 460 v8, 27ft. had all new brakes, brake booster in 2015. all 6 brand new tires, newer roof, new hardwood floor in 2015, runs and drives great. low 53k original miles. came from South Carolina so no rust, just a little starting on front of hood. newer exhaust, onan generator. only issues is it needs awning replaced and needs a rv fridge. comes with a mini fridge and freezer. heat, hot water tank, and a/c works. have receipts for everything including roof. 2 twin beds in rear. Has water damage in front corner as seen in pic but was resealed on exterior. vehicle is for sale locally and can be removed at anytime and also understand this is a 1989 model and is not new and might need some odds and ends and I have tried describing to the best of my knowledge. Tv"s and other accessories in pics not included and must pay balance cash in hand.
