1989 34 foot Pace Arrow motorhome, Chevy chassis with a 454 V-8 and automatic transmission with 75,000 miles. This unit runs and drives well and has always, since new, been kept under a carport. The body and paint are in excellent condition for a RV of this age, just a few dings that come with the age. The tires have 80% tread, there are no leaks or odors at all. The roof caulking was checked and redone by an authorized Fleetwood dealer. It has one large awning, and 2 low profile roof a/c units that blow ice cold, the bedroom has the center queen bed, and the couch also converts to a bed. The generator is an Onan 6500 watt that has 120 hours on it. This RV comes with a full cover and new inspection dated 3/2018. Following is a list of new items that have been installed.
