For sale here is a 1989 Escapade cargo trailer for use with a motorcycle. It’s painted 2002 Goldwing pearl orange, but looks more like 2003 candy orange. Paint it or wrap it to suit.
It has 4.80 x 8 inch tires on white 4 lug wheels. It features a chrome swivel tongue with 1 7/8 hitch, with a 5 pin flat connector. It also has a built in ice chest with drain holes, and a spare tire.
Lots of lights on rear and sides that all work. There’s a bra on the front to stop stone chips in the paint. Also has a luggage rack on it.
Pulling it is a breeze! It pulls straight and true. You won’t even know it’s back there. It doesn’t bounce around unless of course it’s empty and you’re maneuvering over really crappy roads. Also included is the ball in case you don’t have the right size.
There’s a touched up scratch here and there, but overall it’s in nice shape and ready to go. You can travel coast to coast, and easily carry enough stuff to enhance the fun of two wheeled touring. Priced very fairly to sell.
Shipping has to be arranged by the buyer, and I will assist you or your shipper in either loading the trailer, or hooking it up to your bike. A $500 deposit is due within 24 hours of purchase, with the balance due in cash at time of pick up. It has to be picked up within 10 days of sale. I’m in zip 14228.
Please don’t buy it if you’re unsure, or need permission from the wife or whatever other excuses buyers come up with. I just don’t want to waste my time with dreamers, tire kickers or game playing idiots. Sorry to be rough, but there’s so many doozies out there it’s ridiculous. If you’re a serious buyer, you get it.
