THIS LISTING IS FOR A USED 1989 PASSPORT BY COBRA RV / CAMPER (Ford E-350) ITEM CONDITION: USED - GREAT "STARTER HOME" for new campers. 49k miles, very little rust on frame or chassis. Clear Title. Turnkey and camp ready. Fresh oil change. 7 brand new tires. Sleeps up to 5 or 6. Upgraded kohl kitchen faucet. New power converter. 3 window awnings and 1 huge 12+ ft awning. I believe it is 30 feet long bumper to bumper.

STORY
I only owned it a year. I bought it from my neighbors" dad. He had it for a while, drove it to Vermont and Maine every year he told me. He never had any problems with it he said.
Then I bought it. . First time I used it, I blew a tire within 30 miles of driving (Replaced it with a spare). The next trip, the water heater ignitor broke (i had it fixed thru Longview RV in East Windsor CT). Next trip after that, the power converter blew up (Fixed thru Van"s RV in South Windsor CT). And Finally the next trip it blew 2 more tires. . Not only did the tires just blow, it blew with such power it destroyed the black hold tank, and most of the toilets pumping ????. . I replaced all 7 tires (Town Fair Tire in Enfield CT), fixed the pipes and replaced the black tank with a bigger one. After 28 years, the roof has had a few patches he and there. I would be shocked if anyone could find something 28 years old with no roof repairs or leaks.
And YES, I do have bad luck and now everything is pretty much new for the next owner.
That"s my crazy story with this camper. BUT in the end, We went on many more Camping trips with no problems and my family loves it. The reason we are selling it is that we just want more room to bring friends and family with us.
