Up for auction is a 1989 Chevy Honey 22ft. motorhome with a 350 engine and automatic trans. It has a low 52339 miles and has been well taken care of. New Pa. state inspection, good until 9/19. I have just returned from a 2200 mile, 3 week trip from Pa. to Florida and back to Pa. in it with no problems at all on the road or in campgrounds. Everything operated and performed as it should. Cab and roof AC both blow cold. Tires are almost new with no dry rot cracking. I would consider it in overall well above average condition for a RV of its year. It has a new rubber roof installed this year. New roof vent covers. New shocks. New wiper blades. New window washer pump. New sewer hose. New fresh water hose.The drivers seat bottom center section has been replaced and is not a perfect match to the original material but doesn"t look bad , see pics. The rest of the interior and rear upholstery is in good condition with no holes or tears. Cab carpet is faded but still very usable. Rear carpet has been replaced recently. Both awnings are in good usable condition. Sleeps 6. Large bathroom. Features include but not limited to: dual source refrigerator/freezer, microwave, 4 burner stove, range hood, oven, dual sink, cab ac, roof ac, bath sink, toilet, large tub with shower, power bath roof vent, 3 holding tanks, 12v water pump, 2.8kw generator, tv on swivel mount with usb input and remote control, cable tv ready, roof mounted multidirectional tv antenna, in dash head unit includes-touch screen am/fm cd dvd mp3 blue tooth backup camera and navigation, heater, water heater, battery switch for 2 rear batteries (can have 2 batteries to power camping equipment and 1 for engine. only one rear battery and 1 for engine included), solar battery charger, 4 tire covers for when parked, windshield cover for when parked, leveling blocks, leveling stands and trailer hitch with trailer wiring. The only bad things I can think of are the following: 1 knob to open kitchen window needs to be replaced, lens for interior step light is missing, lens for closet light is missing (both lights still work), screen in screen door needs to be replaced. I have new screen that I will include, I just don"t have time to do it. I have described this RV as accurately as possible but will not be responsible for any errors. Due to the age of the RV, I am selling it AS IS with no warranty. $500 deposit due at close of auction and full payment and pick up due within 7 days.
