PLEASE NOTE: Item will be available for pick-up after October 5th.
Condition: Exterior is complete as shown. Siding is in good condition. Rubber roof has kept this unit dry. Item pulls easily with all lights working. Tires appear to be in good condition. Inside is partly gutted. Unfortunately, a tree fell on the back section of trailer puncturing a hole and allowing water in. hole has been sealed and unit is water tight. This caused mold and rot. All the rotten stuff has been removed from back. In the rest of the trailer the walls are whole as are the windows, doors, cabinets and most wiring. Floors need work.
Does NOT INCLUDE: anything not attached to trailer or not shown , appliances (stove, AC, furnace, etc.), tanks, toilet, electric circuit box, upholstered furnishing and window coverings.
