| “Sat for one year not used. To be sold AS IS. Current State Inspection passed. There is a leak in the right front over the bed. See pictures. Battery in the back is dead, so interior electric only works when plugged in . Four forward speeds, but gear shift indicates 5. Never had 5. Engine runs well, AC works Well. Frig works well (must be leveled) CD player works. New toilet and some of the vents. All other systems work, eg heater, stove, etc. Propane tanks are old.” |

We bought this beauty 2 years ago and because of a variety of reasons did not use it much.
Engine runs well, but it is underpowered, so hill are a problem. Shifter indicates a fifth forward gear, but there are only 4 forward gears, but they all work well
There was a leak over the left front, which I thought was repaired but, was not apparently. See picture of plywood under the mattress, which has mildew.
Toilet and vents are new. Roof was partially repaired.
After sitting for one year the engine battery was recently repaired, along with state inspection. Battery in the cabin is dead. All appliance work well. Shower is delightful.
The propane works, but I think that the tank is too old and needs to be replaced.
Custom woodwork, including trunk on the rear and table. Running lights along the woodwork. Woodwork has aged.
There is a bicycle rack that attaches to the trailer hitch.
We have a cover for the RV and will add that to the purchase for $150.00
