Vehicle description
For sale is my 1988 Itasca Phasar with a stage II engine conversion done by S Works in 2002. The engine is converted to a 3.3L Chrysler V6 and cost over 12k dollars. The conversion is done by a different company now and the stage II runs at least 17k. This RV is an absolute steal given what is inside. Also, given the cost of the conversion these don"t come readily available very often. It"s much cheaper to buy one that has already been converted than to find a suitable RV to convert and pay them to do it. Originally the Phasar and the LeSharo came with a 4 cylinder Rennault engine that is hard to service and get parts for. This one comes with a parts list and readily available parts. It is very easily serviced. On top of that the V6 adds the much needed power to not labor around the highways and the hills. You know what I"m talking about if you"ve ever driven one of these or something like a Toyota motorhome with a 22re, getting it around is a pain and you can"t pass anyone that isn"t crawling along the road. The RV is in good shape with a couple minor cosmetic issues. Nothing that stops it from being used right off the bat. Right now it needs two tail light covers which can be sourced from a couple places. It"s a common part with a pontiac phoenix notchback. Also a couple of the tin panels around the bottom need a small amount of body work(driver side as seen in pictures). Any reputable body shop can do the work. Aside from that, everything works on the vehicle. The electrical and water systems work, as well as the propane. To the best of my knowledge everything in the coach is fully operational. I am also offering hand delivery nation wide for a dollar a mile from Tallahassee where I"m located with a minimum of 500 dollars. So if you are located 430 miles away, the delivery cost is 500 dollars, if you live 1050 miles away, the delivery is $1,050. That will be calculated by Google driving distance. If you plan on getting it delivered, contact me for an exact quote BEFORE bidding. I will look it up and tell you so there is absolutely no guess work. Delivery is to any major airport and will be delivered within 2 weeks of the end of the auction and receipt of payment. A 2k deposit is required within the first 48 hours and the rest is due within 7 days of the end of the auction. I will take paypal, cashiers check, or cash as payment. The vehicle is sold as-is and will be available for showing the duration of the auction. Vehicle can also be picked up. I can also be contacted with questions at 850-980-0622.
Edit: Getting a lot of questions about the mileage so I will break it down here. The records indicate that the chassis had 61,058 miles at the time of the conversion. The Odometer on the converted dash(dash is entirely replaced with a digital dash during the conversion) reads 23,360. The total miles on the chassis should be 84,418 to the best of my knowledge with the information available to me.
