I bought his RV a few years ago, and used it a few times. Now it"s time for someone else to enjoy. This is in decent shape, but needs a few small things. It is priced to sell at $3000. It"s on a GM chassis. When I got it, I did a complete tuneup on the Chevy 454 Gas Motor. Plugs, wires, cap, rotor, fuel filter, oil change, filter. I also replaced the front brakes, and one new caliper. The refrigerator works on AC only. I don"t know how to make the propane function work. The hot water is propane, but I never used it. It doesn"t look that complicated. The holding tanks and pumps are good. There is a small leak in a water crossover line under the RV that needs repair. I"m sure a couple shark bites and a piece of line will fix it. The ceiling has sagged a little, and could use small repair. It has a heavy duty trailer hitch. When I had the awning out last year, it was in good shape. It has an Onan Genertor, that I know runs because I had it running, never used it when I camped, but for whatever reason it won"t start now, and I am not an expert. All in all, the unit is in good shape considering year and price. The exterior is in decent shape and needs to be pressure washed, cleaned and some TLC. A little work, some tires, and you will have a really nice cheap RV. The model number from Gulf Stream is Sun Sport 8242-SP. I will also take trades of equal value, tell me what you have.
