Vehicle description
We purchased this Ford class B camper van used in 2017 because we wanted something that was easy to service and practical for our family to explore the countryside with. We got lucky with this one, the cab-over bunk adds so much space and it runs great.
Unfortunately, we couldn"t spend as much time on it as we had hoped due to our work schedule. We hope that the next owners have more opportunities to fix it up the way they want and take it on the road like it deserves.
Sold as is. Carfax report, certifying it hasn"t been in an accident, retrieved on May 7 2020 is available on request.
Some details:
- New battery.
- Great sound system installed by the previous owner.
- Electric locks work.
- Air conditioning in the cab works.
- New tires and windshield blades installed, and oil changed on 08/07/2019. Hasn"t been driven more that a few miles since.
What we found needs to be done:
- Key cylinder on the driver"s side is loose and tends to stick out (photo 23).
- Water tank (under the couch) has not been emptied or used by us and we haven"t tested the pump. No leaks found.
- Couch in the back needs to be replaced, or fixed if possible. - Air conditioning unit present on the roof, but has not worked while we had it.
- Storage hatch on the side is not in great shape and the lock does not work. - Cruise control does not work.
