Well constructed and solid, inside and out! I have thoroughly washed/cleaned the entire interior and with a little more time and energy and you will have one fantastic Pop-Up Camper! Curtains have been removed, but they can be easily purchased on E-Bay for under $75 and replaced! The canvas does not leak and has minimal damage except normal wear and tear. Some small repair is needed to fix the screening but in a nutshell, with a little TLC, this pop-up can easily be valued at $3500!
Electric works when hooked up to power source. . all cabinets are in good condition, stabilizers are in tact & all four bed supports are good. Has good tires to include the spare. Also has pullout shade awning for protection from the sun. Frame is solid, and tows smoothly. Has 2 propane tanks (EMPTY) attached and a gas line running to the stove. And even has working trailer lights hook-up installed. Top is solid and cranks up nicely. The tongue fits a 1 7/8" ball. This really is a beautiful solid camper with many years of life left for your enjoyment.
