Used city surplus. Roller was being used up until April of 2019 when the new replacement asphalt roller arrived. Roller is operational and was used in yearly chip and seal program of city streets. Roller shows signs of wear and use has some leaks and seeps at engine, transmission, and hydraulic systems. Engine is a 236 4 cylinder Perkins diesel, transmission is a Hydrostatic drive system. Engine hours are 1750. Will be sold as is with no warranties expressed, written, or implied!
