I have a 1988 Fleetwood Bounder for sale. Turn key Ready!
Features: 2 way Fridge and water heater. Low flow showerhead, good for 10 min showers. Full bed, and enough room to sleep 6. Full kitchen with double sink. 2 AC units. Onboard and remote propane options. No need to move the RV to refill the propane! Roof has been resealed. 2 TV flatscreen mounting locations. The front mounting point supports me (200lbs). It"ll hold larger but a 32" was the practical size. The rear mount can hold up to a 32" screen. I have ALL the manuals that were ever for this RV. This includes wiring schematics and parts manuals. Engine and drivetrain are solid with only 48,* * miles. This rig is ready to drive and camp today!
With any old RV you will find issues. I"ve tried to remember them here. Awning is showing its age. The fabric has a tear and the mechanism really needs 2 people to support it when extending or retracting it. It"s still functional however. Generator needs a tune-up. It turns over, but doesn"t start. It ran when I bought it in 2012 but since I"m always plugged in I didn"t ever run it. Rear door is out of square. I don"t open it because it"s extremely hard to open and close. Air shocks, but the tank has a hole. The hole has been jb welded and holds air, but should be replaced. The couch has a worn spot. The bedroom used to have a roof leak, which I have resealed. There is some water damage in the right rear corner. I"ve confirmed that the leak is gone, but I haven"t repaired the wallpaper in the back.
My wife and I lived in this RV for nearly 5 years. The only reason we are selling is that we have kids now and moved into a bigger rig. It is ready for part or full time use, short trips or cross-country. Buy and start your trip today!
