1988 Bathroom Trailer for sale. It is currently in operations so its up and running. 10 total stalls, 7 in women"s side (I currently have 2 toilets out as I had intended to make a baby changing area, easily replaced, RV toilet cost around $100) Mens side had 3 stalls as well as 5 urinal hook ups. 2 hand sinks in each side. I have owned the trailer for 4.5 years and have replaced all toilets, toilet paper dispensers, paper towel dispensers, and soap. Both AC"s work great, Mens side got a brand new one last year. It could use a little sprucing up in the way of adding some pop of paint color and a repair job on the mens bathroom exterior door which we just keep locked, but other than that it functions well and it is very hard to find one this big in this price range. I am also throwing in 2 brand new tanks which I just bought last month at the price of $1000. I am selling this as we are changing our business model and will no longer need this day to day.
