Up for your consideration is our 1987 Winnebago Elandan. It rides on a GM Chassis with a 454 power plant that has only 68,000 miles on it. 8 newer tires. Engine probably needs a good tune up but runs fine. We just had the unit serviced at our local RV center. New items include the 20" awning. A couple of the batteries. The automatic step on the side entrance. The 70lb LP gas tank was also filled. While there, they went completely through ever inch of this unit on the camper side . . tested on gas and electric the appliances. Tested the water heater, pump, fresh water holding tank and lines. Tested and flushed grey water tank. It has on board Onan Generator. EVERYTHING according to them ( RV Shop) is functioning. Has two over head air conditioners/ heaters, 2 furnace units inside. Stove. Refrigerator. Microwave. Sink. Has 2 rocking chairs. A couch that folds out in to a bed. Has toilet and shower. TV with VCR. Master bedroom that has 2 twin beds. I know little about RV"s but it seems to be in decent shape for 30 yr old unit. We bought it and are now moving and didn"t get to use it other than in back yard so it needs to go to someone who will use it. It needs a little TLC. Liner on ceiling is starting to show age. interior appears to be original and in decent shape. We have driven it about 25 miles trying to get used to it. As I said.
