Vehicle description
Great running extremely clean Winnebago that is the perfect size, not too big, not too small. I bought it from an elderly man who was a pilot and babied it. Includes original very large Chevy truck manual, and large book sized Onan manual.

No mechanical issues. 119,000 Miles on Chevy 454. Just passed smog. Engine starts right up and purrs. New plugs, fresh oil, oil filter, all vacuum hoses replaced, new 130 high amp output alternator installed.
Brakes working great. Cruises right along at highway speed. Can get 12mpg. Tires are almost new, with lots of tread and no or very little cracking. (photo available)
These Winnebagos had a one sheet aluminum roof to prevent leaks. (photo available). Makes the roof very durable and this Winnebago has no leaks.
Interior very clean. Has a bunk bed over front seats that drops down. Table converts to bed as well for 3 separate beds. Large older water pump replaced with more energy efficient pump. New shower handles with new spray head. All faucets working.
2 brand new (3 months old) Trojan T605 batteries, as supplement to starter battery. Gives lots of power. All interior lighting replaced with very bright warm LED"s
New Pioneer Bluetooth stereo with 2 new Pioneer speakers and 2 new infinity speakers. Great sounding sound system with remote.
Onan generator with interior remote starts right up and has the charging option for the house batteries. Has new plugs, air filter, oil filter and oil.
Norcold fridge was just replaced with 3 way Dometic that works great, freezer freezes within a few hours of turning propane on.
New propane regulator just installed on 12.9 gallon LPG tank. (cost $170 total) Water heater had sensors and thermostat replaced. Heats water nicely.
Stove works great. Oven works great. Has overhead fan and lights.
Air Conditioner works nicely. Shroud on top of vehicle a little cracked from hitting branches.
This vehicle has been gone through and tested. Used it for a film project and while airbnbin my apartment.
ISSUES - The furnace does not seem to fire up. The fans run, but no heat. This could be a grounding issue as I noticed directly underneath it a wire that seems to have come loose from frame.
Both windshields are cracked. The drivers side has a small diagonal crack on the bottom right. Not too bad. The passengers side windshield is much worse, with a cracks that runs through the middle of the shield. Thus Im starting bidding at $7,000 rather than $8,500 for this good looking home on wheels.
