Vehicle description

Suncrest RV, built on a Chevy frame and motor. The motor and tranny are original with 33,000 miles. As with any older RV, there are lots of good and not so good things. Vehicle is currently registered NON-OP in California, proof provided.
The good: Engine and power train are bullet proof. The engine has plenty of power, and the transmission works perfect. I purchased it with a brand new refrigerator/freezer that actually refrigerates and freezes. If you don"t know RV"s, the refrigerators normally have the freezers built into the fridge like those small apartment type. They barely freeze anything. This refrigerator/freezer was put in when I purchased this rv. The doors are separate, like they should be. It works awesome, and operates on 12v, 120v, propane. Worth over $1000 by itself. The interior, though dated, has been used very little. This RV, like many RV"s, has been on very few excursions, and has spent most of the time sitting and collecting dust, fading in the sun. The tires have plenty of tread, but they are also old and show signs of ozone. Water pump, house tanks, interior heater, lights, all of the usual stuff was all working fine. Plenty of storage inside, and a lot of storage outside. There are two roof a/c and they work as they should. For sleeping, there is a queen in the rear bedroom, the couch pulls down to a double, there is a rumble bed above the captains chair, and the dining set converts into a bed as well.
The bad: Roof leaks. All moisture is completely dry. However, when it rains, it leaks around the A/C units and the vents, and there are water stains on the ceiling. No sign nor smell of mildew. This RV is kept in the desert and the heat has done a great job of drying out any moisture. The roof a/c units do NOT have covers. THERE IS NO GENERATOR. The tires have plenty of tread, but they are also showing signs of ozone. The exterior shows the signs of age in the desert with fading. Part of the driver side door latch is broken off, but still usable. Currently registered as non-op, but passed its last smog with no issues. Gas is not getting from the main fuel tank to the engine. I hooked up a gas can with gas line directly to fuel pump and the engine started without issue. However, once the choke kicks off, it will not idle. I do not believe the engine run a/c is working. This vehicle is can not be driven as it is and must be towed.
Thank you
