Vehicle description
1987 Peterbilt 378, Tri axle dump truck, setback front axle. Cat 3406b engine, 350 hp, engine was rebuild in May of 2017, Eaton fuller 8ll transmision, 46,000 Eaton rears.
315/80/22.5 tires on the front, brand new, New tie rod end with drag bar. New starter installed last month. Truck was just serviced two weeks ago. 11r24.5 tires on the rear axles, 70% tread on spoke hubs. New rear leaf springs, hendrickson suspension. 18 foot aluminium dump body, tarp system will need some work. Hood will need minor cosmetic work, chips in the hood. Brakes are around 50% Interior is in good shape with no pictures posted. Will email interior picture if requested.We are still using the truck every day, until it is sold.
Lift cylinder is starting to seep, minor repair. Approx. 247,000 miles on the truck. NO cracks in the frame.
