Vehicle description

Hello All! Up for sale is my 1987 Mazda RX7. This is a professionally built Pro-7 Race car. I have enjoyed it for the last few years, but now it is time to thin the herd a little. This car has a long history of racing in California as a Pro-7 car, Training car, and in my hands a fun easy to transport and use track day car. It is turn key and comes with its own custom built trailer.
The 12A rotory engine was profesionaly built and has been well maintained. The car itself is ready to head to the track. Since I purchased it I heve done the following: Installed new webber down draft carburetor including a Racing Beat intake and heat shield. The exhaust was replaced with a full 2" racing beat header and full length exhaust. It terminates with magnaflow mufflers that can be quieted down for those low Db days at the track. I replaced the alternater with a high output low weight alternator. I replaced just 6 track days ago the entire ignition system, coil to cap New high flow fuel pump and regulator. OMP removed. Solid engine mounts. The car also has fully adjustable front suspension and adjustable springs and dampners on the rear. The toyo tires are in good shape and hold the track well. Extra wheels and old slick tires are included. Adjustable rear diff with custom tool to adjust quickly. The 12A engine is strong and in great shape. It has a "cheese port" Kinda like a street port but more reliable. Willwood bias adjustment for the disk brakes on all four corners Hawk racing pads all around Battery relocated to rear of the car. Fully approved and profesionaly built roll cage. Passenger seat to scare your friends. Comes with profesionaly built trailer that pulls easily and holds the car perfectly.
This car is a blast to drive. High RPM"s and a very forgivable rear end. Its not the fastest car on the track, but I would argue it is one of the most fun to drive. It has a small cockpit, but I am 6"2" and can comfortably fit. Adjustable seat position helps if you are sharing the experience. The car is located near Sacramento and can be viewed with an appointment. I also can arrange shipping if need be, but that shipping cost is not included in the auction. Please ask questions if you have any. I hate to see this fun car go away, but I need to thin my fleet down and I am interested in other toys at the moment. Jump on this car! its a blast to drive. Also included is a ton of spare parts. Transmissions, Axles, Wheels, and any engine items that were upgraded.
