Vehicle description

I am relisting this motorhome again because the buy it now bidder says he never bid on it. So here we go again. This is for the handyman, it really needs a lot of TLC mostly minor repairs. Therefore it is being sold "As is, Where is". I am relisting this motorhome since the buyer evidently backed out after telling me to get the brakes bled and he would pay for it. I never heard any more from him since I had the brakes bled. The RV service did some unrequested wiring and put on a new starter solenoid. I bought this in 2008 on E-bay from Louisville, Kentucky to use in my business when I got flooded out in the big flood here in Cedar Rapids, Iowa June 13th 2008, which was a Friday of course. The motor blew up before I got to the Mississippi river. Spent 0ver $6,000.00 to buy and have installed a new 454 Chevy motor. After 2 months I finally got it home and put a $700.00 carburetor on the Onan generator and then the city would not allow me to use it for an office. The chassis has 57525 miles and motor has less than 1000 miles on it. It has just been sitting since then, only started to move it from one storage place to another. The roof had developed a leak while sitting and I put some Real Seal on it and it seems to have slowed it up, am going to put some more on. Some mold is present, the seats in the breakfast nook need repair Has a new battery, old one was stolen, the hood needs some work to put it back in place, it was torn off when the battery was stolen. Have pix of hood. The water heater has been reconditioned. All appliances, 2 roof mount air conditioners work, it has hydraulic leveling jacks. AC on motor was not hooked back up after motor was installed. The vacuum gauge was also not hooked back up. The windshield wipers need some attention. The retractable steps need some work It needs a lot of TLC, Brakes need to be bled. They do work with pumping and some help from the emergency brake. So you can drive it for a short distance. Asking $3650.00, but I am open to offers, Pay Pal is the method of payment. This motor home is listed on a couple of other sale sites so the listing could be cancelled on a moments notice if it sells on one of them first.
