Vehicle description
1987 Gulf stream 34" RV 454 Chevy P30 chassis with 3 speed auto trans, dual rear wheels, rear hitch receiver .
Runs strong, the tires look good. I have a folder with paperwork and receipts, owners manual.
I have recipients where brakes were redone in 2015 by previous owner.
Some windows were also resealed.
The RV is a good driver, but does need some work.
Exterior lights all work except 2 of the upper front marker lights. The side markers look fairly new.
The odometer reads 9400 miles, but the title reads not actual miles. It does run good, but not sure of the actual miles.
The RV has dual roof air units that work good.
I had to "hot-wire" the rear AC unit and it cooled fine. I think it is wired to run on generator only (I am not sure how the breaker is wired for the rear AC, since you are not supposed to run both AC units on shore power. My plan was to run a second 120v shore power plug to run both AC at the same time, since most campsites have 2 outlets.)
The propane tank, and stove work, not sure how to turn on the heat.
The refrigerator runs, but it is not cooling right. It appears to have been replaced with an apartment unit that is 120v only.
It has an Onan 6.5 generator. The generator starts right up, but needs to be serviced. It runs for a bit then pops the 5a fuse.
It needs a sink faucet, it leaks out the top, not sure if it has any other leaks. The water pump runs, but have not filled the system.
The RV has a split windshield, right windshield is cracked.
Left wiper motor now working ( I am currently checking that out).
The cab ac needs to be checked over, heater control valve sticks and should be replaced. The AC compressor ran and cooled when I jumped it, but it does not get power through the circuit.
I have not seen any water leaks in roof, except a drip behind drivers seat during a downpour. The roof has been resealed previously.
The RV needs some paneling replaced in the front on passenger side, looks like previous water damage. I have receipts from previous owner where some windows were resealed. There is a small area in front of the stove where the floor is a little soft, I replaced some tiles. Overall the floor is nice and solid.
The 12 volt system appears to work fine. I checked most of the interior lights, they work fine.
Cab stereo works, microwave works.
Cabinets all seem in good shape. Front cabinets are coming down slightly on the front edge. The rear bedroom is in good shape and the bathroom and shower look nice.

Must sell, best offer. I need to move it soon. (no place to store it). The RV needs work but runs and has a lot of potential.
I have it advertised locally and reserve the right to end the auction early. (I have relisted the RV with immediate deposit for buy it now, since someone ended the auction without intending to buy it)
The RV is sold as-is. I can provide a temp tag for non Delaware residents.
