First off you can pull all seats out and have it registered as private coach, so don"t have to have commerical license. Next this bus can be converted into a motor home, camping bus, preppers bus, tiny home on wheels, etc. I"ve made 3 of these buses into motor homes. This is the reason I buy and sell these. This bus runs great. Just needs a little TLC. I have one myself and everyone loves it. Just got back from out of state in mine. MCI is a good bus and this bus was in a movie at one time.
